Please note:
- All rates are in Canadian Dollars
- Guests are charged the accommodation fee (daily or weekly) plus the cleaning fee.
- We are required to charge the 12% Harmonized Sales Tax.
- The house is non-smoking.
- We do accept smaller pets, but they must be approved prior to arrival and have an additional charge of $10 per day per pet to a maximum of $50 per stay.
- We take 50% deposit at time of booking and remainder 30 days prior to your stay. Contact us for details of cancellation fees.
- Check-in 4 pm, Check-out 11 am.
